Paramiq Outreach
A private workspace for email correspondence and controlled business outreach from the operator’s own accounts.
Paramiq Outreach is used privately by its operator. It is not a public SaaS product, does not offer public registration, and does not connect mailboxes belonging to unrelated customers.
What the application does
- Connects the operator’s own Gmail / Google Workspace and Space email accounts.
- Synchronizes incoming and Sent messages so the operator can review conversations, identify replies and opt-outs, and avoid duplicate follow-ups.
- Prepares and schedules business correspondence, keeps campaign and contact records, and shows message outcomes and tasks in a private operator interface.
Why Gmail access is requested
gmail.readonly lets the application read email messages and their metadata, including Sent history, to display conversations and check replies, opt-outs and prior contact. gmail.send lets it send the exact messages the operator has authorized. These are the two Google API scopes requested.
Google authorization allows an account connection; it does not approve a campaign or enable sending. Sending additionally requires the application’s operator approvals, account checks and active controls. An approved schedule may run without a separate click for every message.
Data use
Email data supports these visible email and workflow features. It is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models. The current email workflow does not automatically submit mailbox content to AI services.
