Private operator use
Paramiq Outreach is an internal tool for its operator’s own email accounts and business correspondence. It is not offered for public registration, customer onboarding or access to unrelated people’s mailboxes. Connect only accounts you own and are authorized to operate.
Approvals and responsibility
The operator is responsible for the recipients, message content, permissions and campaigns they authorize. Connecting Google or Space is separate from approving a send. Scheduled correspondence may run only within the application’s approvals and active account, synchronization and sending controls. A technical approval is not proof of recipient consent or legal permission.
Use must respect applicable law and the policies of Google and the relevant email provider. Do not use this application for spam, unsolicited commercial mail prohibited by provider policy, unauthorized access, misleading messages, or bypassing account limits, filters or abuse protections. Owning several accounts does not permit evading those protections.
Data handling
The Privacy Policy explains connected-account data use and controls. Google data must remain within the disclosed email features and Google’s Limited Use rules. Selling email data, using it for advertising or general-purpose AI training, or enabling unrelated third-party access is not permitted.
Outcomes and stopping access
Email provider acceptance is not a guarantee of delivery, inbox placement or a response. Provider outages and uncertain outcomes can require operator review. The operator can pause workflows, stop sending and revoke account access as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing access does not automatically erase existing application copies or email already sent.

These terms do not create a public subscription offer, a delivery guarantee or a representation that Google has endorsed the application.
