Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This notice covers Paramiq Outreach, a privately operated email and correspondence tool for its operator’s own connected accounts. It is not a public customer service. Contact: hello@paramiq.app.
Data accessed and stored
- Connected mailbox identity and authorization details. Gmail uses OAuth access and refresh tokens; Paramiq Outreach does not ask for a Google password. A Space connection uses the email credentials the operator supplies.
- Email metadata: sender and recipient addresses, subject, dates, message and thread identifiers, labels, folder information and synchronization state.
- Incoming and Sent message content, including replies and approval or authorization emails present in the connected mailbox. Provider responses and, for Space, original message copies may also be stored. These copies may contain MIME parts or attachment information even when the operator interface shows only plain text.
- Operator-provided contact and campaign information, prepared outgoing messages, approvals, reply classifications, delivery-related observations and audit records.
The Google scopes requested are https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send. No Drive, Calendar or Google Contacts permission is requested.
Purpose
Data is used to synchronize and display email, connect replies to conversations, recognize opt-outs and prior contact, prepare approved correspondence and follow-ups, prevent duplicates, and show the operator the state of their work. OAuth consent alone does not switch on sending.
Access, storage and transfers
The application and its database run in operator-controlled private hosting. Mail data, authorization details and private backups are not published by these pages. Access to the private application is restricted to its operator; public registration and access by unrelated customers are not provided.
Google and the Space email provider process the connection and message traffic needed for their respective accounts. Sending a message transmits its content and addressing information to the selected email provider and intended recipients.
If the operator explicitly configures optional integrations, selected operational records can be shared with an operator-controlled CRM or an operator-connected tool client. Task notifications can include task references and status, rather than email bodies. These connections are not automatic authorization to share entire mailbox contents and must remain limited to the operator-facing email workflow. The current email-processing code does not automatically send mailbox content to an AI service.
Google data: Limited Use
Use of Google API information is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use restrictions, and the Google Workspace user data and developer policy.
Google account data is used only for the disclosed operator-facing email features. It is not sold, transferred to data brokers, used for advertising or credit decisions, or used to develop, train or improve general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Unrelated human access and unrelated onward transfers are not permitted.
Disconnecting, retention and deletion
The operator can stop synchronization and sending, disconnect the account’s access in Google Account connections, and remove the associated credentials from the private application environment. For a Space account, the operator can stop the connection and remove or change its email credentials.
Revoking access prevents future authorized access through that connection; it does not automatically delete copies already stored by the application or messages held by the email provider. There is currently no automatic fixed-period deletion or self-service erasure feature. Stored messages, workflow records, credentials and backup copies require operator-managed removal. Contact hello@paramiq.app to identify the data and arrange review and deletion of application-held copies. This notice does not promise a particular deletion deadline or removal of messages from other people’s mailboxes.
These public pages and changes
These static pages include no analytics, advertising pixels, forms or application tracking cookies. The hosting service may process ordinary request information to serve the pages. If the application’s data use changes, this notice must be updated and any additional authorization obtained before the new use begins.
